Population is 157 (2011). Cultural objects dug out from the cave of Kopacina (1 km from Donji Humac) span several millennia in history. On the side of the pre-Romanesque church of Saint Elias there are the remains of a Roman mausoleum, and on the wall of the medieval church of Saint Lucas there is the first sketch of a boat in Croatian medieval art. In the parish church of Saint Fabian and Sebastian—with a baroque bell-tower—there is a fresco of Christ dating from the 12th century.
